Information Technology
We make extensive use of Information Technology in all aspects of our business, to enable us to enhance our services and efficiency.
Partner Kevin Salter was appointed to the committee of the Information Technology Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in June 1997 and is IT Director of 2020 Innovation Group Limited, a network of over 750 accounting firms in the UK. He was appointed an evaluator for the ICAEW Accredited Products Scheme in 2005.
Business Solutions
Our company supplies consultancy, installation and training on payroll, accountancy and other business software packages. We can also provide the "full solution" with a range of computers, printers and peripherals.
Bookkeeping
We are Sage,QuickBooks and TAS Books Authorised Resellers, providing training, support and installation on various products in the Sage, TAS and Quickbooks portfolios. Our training solutions can include telephone support and factsheets for reference.
Services to the Accountancy Profession
We have a computer company, BBS Computing Ltd which supplies specialist software and consultancy to other accountancy practices around the country, with clients stretching from Scotland to Eire. We also provide consultancy to software houses in the accountancy field, notably Digita, and have been a beta test site for various products. We produce and maintain the South Western Society of Chartered Accountants courses website, and produce and maintain our own websites.
